Favorite Commercials of all-time

we always seem annoyed by commercials, but there are some really great ones out there, i limited it to four videos since you will watch them all they are all the best commercials.

i love this commercial, the music, the "happiness" you see in everyday objects its so innovative i love it.

i always loved this commercials its one of the only versions of "love train" i truly love however, i love almost every GAP commercial apart from this years "cheerleading" commercials, they drive me crazy almost as much as those stupid old navy commercials with the mannequins, even in their stores, they dont have picture of people they have pictures of mannequins, broke much?

now i dont JUST love this one because its Audrey, its good music too and her dancing is SO funny its from the movie 'Funny Face' and the full version is even funnier.

i always loved this commercial, it puts a warm place in my heart. :)

ENJOY!

  1. i love all those commercials too Ms. H. I've always loved commercials for as long as i remember. I could watch a whole show just on really good or realy bad commercials.

And finally now that Brian is in communications he doesn't flip through them as fast as he used to because he wants to see what is out there. I think i would have loved a career in advertising.

  2. you know they have the "best commercials of the year" on TBS right? it's coming up, they do cmmercials from all over the world, which is cool because that way you see commercials you've never seen before

yeah i love watching them, most of the time, i always hated those stupid starburst commercials that are just weird, like the vern fonk commercials and some of the new snickers commercials where they sing old songs?

i always thought i wanted to get into advertising but i'm reading this book right now called 'design for the real world' by victor papanek, its the most inspiring book i've ever read as a designer. but he talks about alot of different things and theres alot about advertising and you realize, a big part of advertising is selling stuff thats crap, i would hate to maniuplate people to buy things they dont need. especially in our economy. kind of like on that movie 'surviving christmas' with ben affleck he says "i could sell whale meat to greenpeace"

  3. My current favorite is the Geico commercial with the talking pothole that sounds just like Brittney Spears.
